JMD Management work closely with our clients and employees alike to ensure key performance indicators are monitored and drilling project outcomes are achieved with exceptional results. Our management are both hands-on in their respective roles to ensure drilling operations are managed by experience and our clients have a direct contact at all times to a key decision maker.
Specific procedures for drilling rig and equipment tasks have been created as well as an integrated safety and maintenance management system being established within the company. We will ensure fit for purpose equipment is provided to our customers with minimal downtime whilst working safely and productively.
All management and crew hold or are undertaking training for National Drilling Certificates and JMD has in house assessor for assessment of our personnel as required.
Our safety management systems are of an excellent standard and we strive to work safe not just talk safe.
